800 Series Customized Concession Trailer

The 800 Series Customized Concession Trailer is your heavy duty workhorse for the full-time concessionaire. Interior and exterior is professionally fitted by certified electricians to meet all our electrical needs.

We install only the best griddles, deep fat fryers and accessories from Comstock-Castle Stove Company.

Fair or event you are planning have no electricity? No problem; your Domestic Ten Series Refrigerator Freezer is two-way (gas or electric) so you will never be left out of the cold.

Frame and Standard Features

Frame & Standard Features

1. Axles & Suspension
All trailers equipped with Torflex rubber torsion system with progressive torque action and independent wheel movement for maximum shock absorption and road stability.

2. Wheels & Tires
Wheels specified to meet or exceed trailer GVWR. E-Z Lube hubs with outside grease fittings for bearing lubrication without disassembly. Silver spoke wheels painted with an Electrodeposition paint process (E-Coating) for maximum corrosion resistance. Highest quality, brand name radial tires specifically engineered to match trailer capacity.

3. Body Frame
Vertical wall posts are steel hat sections on side walls (16" center) and front wall. Vertical front wall posts and radius corner posts are especially beneficial in transferring stress from hitch assembly into stronger main chassis and superstructure. This also prevents buckling and bowing of the front wall.

 4. Roof Bows
One-piece roof bows are galvanized steel hat sections welded directly to top sidewall sills.

5. Chassis
Heavy-duty tubular steel main rail with full height steel C-channel cross members, end rails, and outriggers. Strongest construction available. Full automotive style undercoating on complete chassis.

6. Radius Corner Posts
Radius steel corner posts, front and rear, extend to the bottom of the frame providing the maximum welding surface possible. End rails and corner posts welded together both horizontally and vertically and gusseted for long lasting durability.
